Pescado con Coco
2lbs Red Snapper
Marinade for 2 hours (optional)-1.5 cups Balsamic Vinegar, 4 cloves of garlic, 1/2 tspn ground black pepper
2 cups coconut milk
1 Green and 1 Red Bell Pepper
2 tblspns Minced garlic
1/2 cup spanish olives with capers and pimento mix
20 leaves of cliantro
3/4 cup tomato paste
1/2 white onion
1/2 cup Canola Oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
