English version of the original documentary called “Guyanská Diana” made for Pontifical Mission Societies in the Czech Republic (2010).
A documentary from the mission areas of the poorest coastal state of South America. Young girl Diana, the descendant of the original Indians, presents her home and lifestyle. Next to her story this film shows the authentic way of life contrast of coast and interior, religious and cultural diversity of Guyana, “The Country of fast flowing Waters.” It represents the development projects and Catholic mission work through the Pontifical Mission Societies. Visited during the expedition at Easter in the 2010.
Making a donation to the Pontifical Mission Societies projects in your local church (especially by the collection at 3rd Sunday in October called as “Mission Sunday”) you can help the poorest around the World.
